During this period, the company operates exclusively on a proprietary basis, trading solely with its own funds and at its own risk through appropriately regulated trading venues.
From 30 December 2025 until MiCA authorization is granted, Fides Capital s.r.o. does not accept or execute client orders and does not provide any crypto-asset services to third parties. The company does not engage in individual communications relating to trading activities and does not accept requests submitted through messaging platforms (including Telegram) or via the website contact form.
The contact form is available solely for general corporate, legal, regulatory, banking and business enquiries. Requests relating to crypto-asset transactions, trading services or client orders will not be accepted or processed.
